As part of my ongoing series on how to be a high value man, today I’m going to walk you through 10 of the most important traits that high value men possess. Learn these well and you’ll be well on your way to making yourself into a high value man!

1) Be confident

Being confident is one of the most important traits a high value man can have. Women are attracted to confident men, and being confident will help you in every area of your life. Here are seven ways to become more confident: 1. Stand up straight and tall. Good posture conveys confidence. 2. Make eye contact. When you make eye contact with someone, it shows that you’re confident and interested in what they have to say. 3. Smile. A genuine smile makes you seem approachable and happy, which will put others at ease around you. 4. Speak slowly and clearly. Taking your time when you speak shows that you’re thinking about what you’re saying and that you’re in control of the situation.

2) Be interesting

A high value man is interesting. He has hobbies and passions that make him unique and stand out from the rest. He is always up for trying new things and loves to learn. He is confident and comfortable in his own skin. He is also a great conversationalist. Women are naturally attracted to men who are interesting and can hold their own in a conversation.

3) Don’t Take Things Personally

It’s easy to get wrapped up in our own heads and think that the world revolves around us. But the truth is, it doesn’t. People are busy, and they have their own lives to worry about. So when someone does something that you don’t like, or says something that hurts your feelings, don’t take it personally. It’s not about you.

4) Know What Is Truly Important To You

Your life is governed by what you value most. Prioritize accordingly and don’t let anyone or anything derail you from your goals. Understand that not everyone will agree with your choices and that’s okay. What’s important is that you stay true to yourself.

5) Prioritize Your Time (i.e. Health, Friends, and Hobbies)

A high value man is someone who knows how to prioritize his time. He understands that his health, friends, and hobbies are important and he makes time for them. He isn’t always working or glued to his phone. A high value man knows how to enjoy his life and the people in it.

6) Earn Money That Can Last

Earning money is great, but it’s not the only thing that makes you a high value man. A high value man is someone who can provide for himself and others, and who knows how to manage his finances. He is responsible and knows how to save for the future. A high value man is also someone who is honest and trustworthy. He has integrity and is reliable. He is a good communicator and can express himself clearly. Lastly, a high value man is confident and comfortable in his own skin. He knows his worth and doesn’t need validation from others.

7) Exercise Regularly

A high value man is in excellent physical shape. He works out regularly, not just to look good, but to feel good and have more energy. A high value man is also disciplined and has self-control when it comes to his diet and health. He knows that he needs to fuel his body with nutritious foods in order to feel his best.

8) Show Gratitude Toward Others

A high value man is always grateful for what he has. He knows that there are people in the world who have it worse off than him, and he is thankful for what he has been given. He shows his gratitude by being generous with his time, energy, and resources. He is always quick to lend a helping hand, and he goes out of his way to make sure that others feel appreciated.

9) Keep Old Friends Around For Long Term Relationships

The ability to keep old friends around is a key trait of a high value man. This is because high value men know that old friends are some of the most valuable relationships they can have. They are the people who have known you the longest and have seen you through some of your most difficult times. They are also the people who will be there for you when you need them the most.

10) Think Like A Lover, Not A Fighter

The first step in thinking like a high value man is to avoid being combative. This doesn’t mean you have to be a pushover, but it does mean that you should try to see things from the other person’s perspective. It’s also important to be assertive without being aggressive. This means being able to express your needs and wants without putting the other person down. Lastly, it’s important to be able to compromise. This doesn’t mean giving up what you want, but it does mean finding a way to meet in the middle.
